Phone, fax and internet connection can be available with a certain fee if requested.

Meetings And Organizations:
Meeting rooms are available in the Fair Center for your seminars and private meetings. Please contact with the Fair Management to arrange such rooms. Meeting rooms are charged.

Accomodation:

Hostess :
Please contact with the Fair Management to arrange stand hostesses and translators for your stand.

Cleaning:
General cleaning of the Fair corridors are provided by the Fair Organization. For the cleaning of your inner stands please contact with the Fair Management.

Security And Insurance:
The general security and insurance is provided by the Fair Management only during the Fair dates. It will be beneficial to make insurance of your products and to provide security during the assembly and disassembly.
